Message	The buyer can basically say anything and paypal will take his side. It's really sad. I've probably sold a dozen things using paypal and have had 2 chargebacks, both complete losses. In both cases I was defrauded. Paypal was no help at all and even closed my account for several months. I totally understand why a seller wouldn't use them.
